Hythe Engineering Apprenticeship Scheme
Building Future Leaders
Our apprenticeship program is specifically built to create well-rounded professionals. We’re dedicated to producing not just the best tradespeople but comprehensive workers ready for leadership roles.
In addition to the standard NVQ Level 3, we bolt on an additional BTEC certification that includes technical drawing, health and safety, and management skills. This bespoke approach prepares our apprentices for any role they aspire to.
