An exciting opportunity has arisen at Hythe Engineering for a Project Administrator to join our team during a phase of substantial growth. Hythe Engineering is a prominent player in the engineering sector, and this role has been created to provide vital support to the Project Management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- General support to workforce on logging and allocation of hours to live jobs.
- Facilitate seamless communication among project teams, operations, and clients.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
- Schedule and coordinate project-related events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain precise records of project-related documents.
- Work in line with company Culture DNA.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Administration or Project Management.
- Proven experience in a project administrative role, preferably within an engineering organisation.
- Knowledge of nuclear and defence industry regulations and processes.
Requirements:
- Please be aware that roles at Hythe Engineering require security clearance, and successful security clearance must be obtained for the role.
